If you are going to replace "The Ultimate Hat" you may have to revert Malzahar nerfs

Considering that he was nerfed in the first place because of the Rune.

I want be be clear, i cannot stand Malzahar but i feeling of balance override that.

Edit: Specifically talking about the nether Grasp cooldown nerf in 8.2 since he can no longer take the ultimate hat.

Malzahar was nerfed because he was/is OP. It actually has nothing to do with ultimate hat he had a 55% winrate for like 4 months straight way before runes reforged. Ultimate Hat had nothing to do with it.

No he was nerfed because of the Ultimate hat. Recommend actually looking at the nerfs they were specifically to his ultimate cooldown.

8.2 :"Nether Grasp Nether Grasp

Cooldown increased to 140 / 110 / 80 seconds from 120 / 100 / 80. "

is the specific nerf i am talking about, they can keep the rest.
