Actually, according to his lore, he is a force of war that inspires a losing side to win against all odds, at the cost of their morality and peace of mind it would seem. Nothing there states he's a blood god. Blood is just a medium used to decide how little importance a war has to Aatrox based on how much was spilt. Juding from his VO and Lore, he seeks battles with the most potential for bloodshed, and lots of it. And you can't really argue "But he's a blood God, he should have a tryndamere ult" anymore than I could argue that "Vladimir is a Hemomancer, HE should have Tryndamere's ult". Besides, the blood seems to matter more to his sword more than it does to Aatrox at all. The blood seems to make the sword more excited, while aatrox seems to just want to slice people in battle

Obviously they were joking. Blood is a resource for his kit, not the main thing his gameplay is completely centered around

#Animations Update Quality is becoming noticeable poor compared to recent champion updates and new skins.

At present, they all suck. When they decide more than just 'visual updates' I hope then they can decide animation updates.
