So can we ungut talisman yet?

I mean not that I understand why it was nerfed so hard to begin with(It's not like it was particularly dominant in competitive or solo q before),but can we buff it back yet?

Hell,let's do a cost analysis on it for the lols: 100% base mana regen=500 gold 100% base hp regen=300 gold 10% cdr=300 gold 1100 gold overall.

Now let's look at fqc(its main competition) 50 ability power = 1087.5 Gold 100% base mana regeneration = 500 Gold 10% cooldown reduction = 300 Gold 1887.5 gold overall.

Also they both have very strong actives(though talisman's is somewhat stronger,but then again fqc generates more gold,and gives you better trading in lane),I just don't get why the base stats on talisman need to be 50% gold efficient,can we take this item out of the dumpster yet? Why was it even placed there to begin with?
