Can we please make Kayn functional in ARAM? Or atleast fix him, in general?

I know not every champion is good in ARAM, but as it stands, Kayn is an absolute trash tier champion in ARAM (and IMO, weak in general, but that's another rant).

First of all, why does a champion with so little reach have such low movement speed? Second, why does a champion with such low damage have such humongous mana costs? Third, why does he even have to farm champions to reach his true power? This is the purest form of snowballing and I thought we'd stopped making those types of champions. Fourth, why is he so weak as a fighter/bruiser and as an assassin? What happened to having champions feel good and strong without having a full build? Fifth, why doesn't his respawn timer show when he dies with a transformation ready? Sixth, WHY IS HE ONE OF THE WEAKEST CHAMPIONS LAUNCHED IN A LONG TIME!? (ok getting ranty, please try to ignore this last one)

Possible fixes that would probably require Riot to care more than they do: 1- give him decent movement speed fitting a fighter/assassin. These are both mobile, fast classes and having his E so restricted in applicability you should at least give him some baseline mobility. 2- don't make it mandatory for him to have to buy (if in lane) or take Blue Buff at all times just to be able to function. Give him more reasonable mana costs or make it so that his auto-attack speed/damage growth is more decent so that he can at least exist in a lane (barely) 3- this is the big one: make it so that his transformation bar is filled over time while in the Howling Abyss, given his absolute lack of range. Also, make it so that you can choose any form without limitation after filling the bar (applicable for both SR and HA, there's literally no reasonable motive for him to have this wait) 4- just give him better base stats but weaker growths, so that no matter your path (bruiser or assassin) you don't feel as hopelessly gimped as he is now 5- just an embarrassing oversight that i'd expected Riot to no longer do by now. Belongs in bugfixes (....right? Or is it a "feature"?)

I haven't seen a champion being launched so bad since Bard and Azir (the latter one mostly because of his ridiculous ammounts of bugs). I know ARAM is pretty much the last game mode in Riot's mind, but atleast you could PRETEND to care. He's currently the worst champion in the game (even after 2 weeks of being launched) and shows no signs of improvement and I doubt that a buff to his ultimate will change anything.

I even remembered a Rioter saying that they would agressively tune him after his launch, but seeing the meager scraps they are giving him in terms of power, that statement proved itself false. As they usually do...
