I think the time has come to change the way crit works

People have been complaining about adcs since the dawn of season 2, complaining about how they are too important, how their dps becomes burst per second, how they can just "right click" people to death.

Pre-season is approaching and I know that the new rune system is pretty big, but why not also change the way crit works while you're at it?

Why not pick Ashe's passive and turn it into the new crit system: buying crit items increases your AA damage by a %

That way there will be no more randomness, no more excuses, marksmen will deal a fixed ammount of damage at any given moment with the items they have, no more random crits.

It becomes much easier to balance (no more 5 crits in a row with 50% chance) and people will have to find another class to complain and bitch about.

There is already a smoothing system for critical strikes. If you have 0 %<crit chance <100%, when you crit it decreases your critical chance for the next AA, and it stacks up. The same for when you don't crit. So even if theoritically you have 1/32 chances of doing 5 crits in a row, in practice it is much lower.
