nid spear width

I understand why nidalee spear became so skinny, first off people were complaining because it was fat as hell before and also with the rework, landing a spear or trap gave her such an advantage with the big leap. But now shes nerfed, and she sucks. I dont care what you lower elo people think i've seen posts saying "is nid still op" shes not, she sucks. Her laning phase is so bad you cant go on the enemy laner for like 15 minutes because her damage is so low, you have to farm for 20 minutes then you can become strong and get kills since your uncatchable. I am talking about ap nid mid, not ad top (which is also trash.) Anyway, with her spear width so skinny its ridiculous, i mean, ive gotten 15+ kills in my past 15 games and boosting my elo with her, so obviously i'm able to land a lot of spears, but even with that i feel like its way too skinny. I'm not saying to make it like twice its width but just a tad fatter would do. I've seen thresh chain hit ridiculously and if anything physically its skinnier then her spear, (though i guess it wraps around people? idk) and i've also seen other posts about thresh Q to support that. There are tons of other skill shots that are also skinny but still land. Another example, Brand's Q is a little fatter then its fireball, but I can understand why, brand is a really bad champ lol hes really situational, so I think he can slide. In the end, I feel like with RIot making NIdalee spear skillshot as skinny as it physically looks, shouldn't all skill shots be like that now? Doesn't make sense to me to make one spell in the game go according to the laws of physics and nothing else.
