Undoing patch 5.16 juggernauts

Patch 5.16 is a big patch and it has lots of problems that will harm the game a lot such as the titanic hydra sterak's gage and the 4 champions reworks Darius Mordekaiser Garen Skarner these are non fun or unbalanced like mordekaiser can get a dragon and if he does its pretty much a free tower for his team and skarner is one of the most broken champions in history of league right now so riot please undo these changes and don't try to do things like this again because people will probably quit playing the game.

To be fair, saying ANYTHING about Skarner at this point is well, completely pointless; he's horridly overtuned and is getting hotfixed soon.
