I played Kat, ulted and got a kill and my cd didn't go down
Is this a bug now?
It's been happening to my ult and my w, but my q and e cd always goes down.

Zerenza1 votesNow do you mean completely reset cause the R is too long to reset completely from a kill at lower ranks since her passive only refunds 15 CD.
XinZhao2WinNhao1 votesNo, it didn't go down at all. The max cd was 90 at that time, and my new CD after I looked at it a few seconds after the teamfight was 82 so it didn't go down by 15.
