Is it weird that I enjoy playing on Twisted Treeline more than Summoners Rift?

I guess I got so fed up with the massive amounts of damage in 5v5 fights (that last about 3 to 2 seconds) that I switched to something more acceptable. Is this considered odd?

It's kinda sad that barely anyone plays this game mode anymore.

Yes.

Your reasoning that the damage is high in 5v5 fights, but there's the same amount of proportional damage in TT. 5 champions worth of damage divided between 5 champions is the same relative damage as 3 champions worth of damage done to 3 champions.

I enjoy that mode, but last time I played it, it was filled with bots. 1/3 games I was the only player there, kinda a turn off tbh. Is it still in the same state ?

(And also I only play ARAM too, I never have fun in SR and always end up raging)

Isn't ranked filled with gatekeepers from Challenger 3v3s who smurf to make the game miserable for anyone new to the queue?

Nah it's an awkward mix of high elo 5 players and silver players who get matched up in the same games until you are Master in 3's. Lol

The bad players can grind up to high diamond and the better players just play like 80 games. So even high elo in twisted tree line is a mess.

But atleast it's not bots

You'll change your mind once you hit plat, and all you go vs is premade comps that revolve around hypermobility. Example- Quinn/Rammus/Zilnean. What do you do when Quinn hawk forms, Rammus gets time boost+on use item speed+Zilnean ult, and dives you under tower?(From across the map, in less than 3seconds) You just die, over and over again unless you have a equally coordinated functioning team composition. Which isn't going to happen unless you're group queing with plat or better players.

I just had a game where I played really well (not to brag) but I couldn't win the game because Master Yi and Yasuo hit their item powerspike, even if they were doing crap in the beginning of the game.

It was me (Malzahar, Diana, and Nocturne) against (Kayle, Master Yi, and Yasuo). We could of won the game but as soon as they had their core items, we couldn't do anything.

They can build item 3139 to invalidate my ult while I have to rely on item 3047 to help me from getting 100 - 0 in a matter of seconds due to there being no other item that counters On-Hit champions.
