Thunderlord's Decree (Cunning, tier 6) Cooldown now 25-15 seconds based on level from 20 seconds.

This is like kicking the changes you made to diversify keystones right in the gems.

Might as well make Thunderlords a passive for everyone and take it off the masteries.

Well... Is thunderlords more of an issue early or late game because it got an early game nerf by adding 5 seconds and a late buff of 5 seconds. Really, I only hate thunderlords in lane when it adds to people's poke.

Honestly me neither. I don't care about buffing or nerfing it. What I do care about, is people picking it even though there much better options for certain champions. For example, I keep seeing people with TLD on Jihn so far, it seems as though no one has realized that Warrior's Bloodlust would be more beneficial considering healing+attack speed(bonus AD for Jihn), and he procs it so consistently thanks to his 4th AA. Then there are the truly ridiculous ones on live like, Ashe Jax Rumble with TLD.
