A Request for reworked Runes/Masteries

I would really like to see the return of Inspiration in some form. For those not familiar with Inspiration you gained extra EXP for being near an allied champion that was a higher level. It was great for supports that like to roam a lot and try to pressure other lanes as it helped them not fall behind so much in EXP. It wasn't for every support but many benefited from it. I used to love this mastery and I was able to exert a lot of pressure around the map but have had to be a lot more EXP conscious or I fall behind 2-4 levels once it was removed. I kind of miss my high roaming play style and would like to do it again.
