Make exhaust great again

It needs the attack speed debuff back with this op ignite and massive amount of true damage in the game.

I love being a support with exhaust vs Yi because I can just accept death when he pops off, knowing my summoner is useless against him.

Attack speed slow on exhaust wouldn't solve the problem there, considering the effect of Highlander.

The issue is that now people are actively protecting and empowering Yi, rather than disregarding him as a trolley yolo 1v5 pick. That and his synergy with conqueror. Yi has always been strong, people are just finally taking advantage of that strength.

Exhaust is already plenty strong. I'm a Talon OTP and when I see that I'm laning vs someone with exhaust I pretty much know with 95% certainty that I lost the lane. For someone who does a lot of damage and relies on only that, exhaust is brutal. There's no reason for it to be buffed imo.

205 damage at lvl 6 I think...or 25% of someone's HP

Maybe its still good vs assasins, but it doesnt compare to ignite top or support. I think the attack speed debuff would hurt assassins less then just higher damage negation, compared to adcs and toplaners. I would also be happy with ignite being nerfed but exhaust isnt worth picking except possibly mid.
