There's like, so few people who play that particular build that the data is all messy.
Here, do this excersise, get to champion.gg look for the Cho'Gath midlane statistics. Specifically look for 'winrate by games played'. It turns out, people with no Cho experience have 100% winrate while the hardcore Cho mains have 7% winrate. That doesn't mean that you, as someone who has never played Cho should log in RIGHT NOW to LoL and pick up free CHO ELO. It just means that small sample sizes lead to statistical artifacts.

I mean she is the highest winrate ad so she is an issue at the moment (kog is higher but he literally has less than 1% playrate).

LordGeovanni1 votesRanged check squishy check cant nerf you because you are hard to play not like you have a safe position because of your range or spam able spells even if its a skill shot. have an escape more reliable than most reliable excapes in the game and are covering up your squishy weakness with an item that makes you near impossible to catch

You're right, champ.gg has terrible sample sizes. Lucky there's a more reputable site. There's thousands of games where people have built pen based builds on the 3 biggest servers and only 2 builds on one server are bellow a 60% win rate. Youmuu's has a greater 56% winrate on every server.

Ravenhale1 votesThe issue with Fortune is Black Cleaver. Her Ult can get all six procs for maximum reduced armor. This has always been an option for Fortune, so bumping other APen items will make the Black Cleaver build even more attractive.
The issue with Black Cleaver becoming Melee only is what this would do to Gnar. He's always the champion that gets mentioned when talking about restrictions to Mallet and Cleaver.
Sire Hippington1 votesOr maybe adress MFs completely absurd ult AD ratio? She's amongst the highest winrates prettymuch ever since her update, cause her ult has a 12.0 total-ad ratio. That's like 3 crits on aoe and high range, or ~2 full talon rotations with ult and passive, just that you don't need to built crit for it and instead can focus on ad/pen. Same with her Q and passive, MF just has pretty absurd AD scaleings.( Q+passive on creep execute has a 2.5 ad ratio, that's more than an isolated Kah'zix Q)
