Is there counterplay to Quinn?

Her Q is extremely fast I thought it was a point and click for the longest time

Her E has a slow which makes it impossible to trade with her if you're melee

And lastly, having her ult into my lane inflicts the same feeling I get when I see Sion ulting into my lane. Except, I can juke sion and he can't turn easily.

Am I the only one that thinks being able to move extremely fast past level 6 is broken? Imagine if mobility boots gave 300 movespeed, but it only worked on zilean support. It doesn't matter if he only has 1 "instant" cc ability (double Q is hard man q_q), having anything hurtling at you that fast isn't fun for the other person.

She has counterplay. His name is Gnar. I love Gnar because one of his many talents is poking target from afar. One well timed Q and Quinn dismounts off valor and I can start to hit her with my boomerangs. She can vault on me and blind me all she wants. I am tanky enough to survive. However I can see champions, that don't have initial poke to knock Quinn off valor having trouble with this. I guess I just really like Gnar. Gnar
