i wasnt the most damage on the team and the least deaths on the team yet ive lost 4/6 of my placement matches.

tell me how this is fucking fair?

literally every loss ive had spare maybe one was not my fault and i was contributing the most or secondmost to the team.

Take a look at the total kills, Objectives scored, Gold, damage dealt, and damage taken. Overall it doesn't matter how well YOU do, its how well the TEAM does. Now don't get me wrong, someone doing very well can help out a lot, but... How do I put this... If everyone isn't helping at least 50% of the time, your team is likely to lose. its what MOBA's are about, teamwork. Sadly no one understands a lickidysplit about team work now a days and only want to be carried / do the carrying.

im sorry but this is soloq. if i perform well i expect to be rewarded and if i perform poorly i expect to not be rewarded. if it was team ranked id agree but its not. If im doing the most work in every game and getting punsihed almost every game i dont see how thats a good system.

They need to add some sort of algorithm that calculates who put in the most work in a game and if you lose that game it doesnt count as a loss cause this is just ridiculous.

If you find one, let us know. No one has ever suggested one that doesn't systematically devalue specific champions or playstyles. As it is, if you're doing that well that often, you'll win more often than you lose. That's more than enough to climb.

Damage isn't the only factor though. Damage doesn't win games, map control does. And it's pretty difficult for one person to maintain solid control of all 3 lanes against a team of five people. Part of performing well means taking an effort to make sure the rest of your team is still holding up. It is a team game, even if your in soloq, it's still a 5v5. Having the word 'solo' in it's name doesn't change that.
