Please take the mana cost off of Kog'Maw's W and put a minimum value on it

It will give him a viable way to compete in the laning phase without making him overkill like Vayne. It was the way that it was before the rework, so I don't think that it will really hurt to take away. The minimum value will also help him compete against squishy targets. Please do it!

Kog is already pretty decent as of the W buff. He just can't compete with monsters like Twitch.

Ideally, Riot should be giving him at least a mini-rework like Shy so that he has a real niche rather than 'does damage, I guess?'

I'm still voting for focusing his kit on damage amp for his team via both flat and percentile resist shredding. Would fit nicely with his acid theme and let him do something that no one else really does.
