I don't know anyone that can actually determine how much time is left on an inhibitor respawn by looking at the filling circle. This is a very simple and non-cluttering solution to help players track inhibitor respawnings.

Tails90162 votesI would say we didn't need the timer if it wasn't for the fact that 90% of the time, the ring doesn't show up around a destroyed inhibitor.
It's just a faded ring around it with no light, so no way of telling.

When the announcer says "An enemy inhibitor is respawning soon!" that means it's up in 15 seconds. That's the only thing I remember.
