Sett's Ultimate will make tanks unplayable

So imagine a Sion with like 2k bonus HP, which is pretty low late game. You're in the front line and Sett presses R on you and throws you into your allies while being unstoppable, doing 720 damage (36% from 2k bonus) + 240 AD +60% AD on the impacted area. Why?
