im a pretty bad jungler

jungle became my main role cause adc i just cant play anymore and top im more a full tank person. which also you cant play anymore, so i went to jungle.

i got plat by just playing full tank amumu cause he at least survives a bit and his ult is always useful. but i realized how bad i actually am. im horrible at predicting where the enemy jungler is, im horrible at making ganks happen unless i just happen to be around a lane when the enemy overextends, im pretty bad at smite fights and im way too scared of hybermobile champs. it honestly feels bad to be plat cause enemy jungler is better than me most of the time :/

how do you improve your jungling when youre actually really shit at it? like me.

I look at the teams compositions and try to figure out where the enemy will be aggro in laning to punish it. Conversely if your laner is too far forward you can be nearby to protect them.

There's a lot of pretty good youtube channels where diamond+ jungle mains give you their tricks and tips on how to be more effective.

What i would recommend is playing someone like master Yi in normal games, the whole game ask yourself "where is the enemy jungler?". In smite fights, take note of your smite damage. Say its 800. At 850 - 900 HP smite it while also doing as much damage as you can to it. never do a dragon without a smite UNLESS you have the bot lane with you, and the enemy jungle is accounted for with 100% certainty. Lastly, learn when to gank, good gank paths, and how to deny vision properly. Jungle is a hard role, its like playing a different game.
