Charge damage doesn't bring in any scaling. AP and AD got the same buff.
That heal scaling is kind of funny though.
OhOkYeah1 votesIt just means his ganks won't be so bad before level 6. Doesn't really matter though because you're still going to see J4/ls/vi/etc until they get nerfed.
