Theres so much damage in the game that we've actually come to the conclusion that even Janna an Enchanter is dealing way too much damage

Scorch+aery+Spellthiefs+Ignite ( all lock ons ) will do around 300 damage very very very early.

To be fair, Janna has ALWAYS been bitched about, there hasn't been a time in Janna's life where she hasn't been bitched about. I also find the tanks doing too much damage thing funny because oh so long ago, people constantly whined about tanks doing too little damage and if you said anything against that, you were an idiot, how the times have changed.

Still better than her brainlessly spamming e on adc and stat checking you to death. At least she gets into range of your abilities if she does that.

It's not just damage. Riot has quietly been reducing CDs nearly every patch. More abilities = more damage. I know they are changing how much gold minions drop but I think possibly Gold needs to be less easily attained, whether it's thru global gold or whatever. Not just CDs but it's like mana costs have also gone down, in addition to better mana item/recipes to cast said spells. I mean, just look at the new Manaflow Band & Presence of Mind runes tweaks...
