And let him be supercharged all the time, because currently there's little to no meaningful window in which Ryze isn't supercharged. Gaining 5 stacks is easy as hell, stacks last for way to long, his passive has no meaningful cool down, and once it's up fighting Ryze becomes like math. If his stats are better than yours then he face tanks you while spamming laugh and rolling his head across the keyboard. If they're equal to yours then every now and again he nudges his mouse between face rolls to kite away from you and mitigate some damage. If they're less than yours then you better have multiple gap closers and CC because this time Ryze will have his feet on the mouse so that he can kite away until you die.
