Can anyone explain what happened to junglers this season?

For years they've focused bot almost exclusively.

They put IMPORTANT DRAGONS bot lane, and i am now averaging one jungler that focuses bot every 20 games maximum.

Enemy jungler is always on it though, is everyone i'm against duoing with a not braindead jungler or am i still on the 10 years of statistically almost impossible luck that i've been having?

I say, a failing jungler is the worst asset you can have in pickscreen this patch.

Nothing more breaks my heart when dragon is about to be respawn and my jungle goes to the other side of the map to farm camps.

Do you even read what you write??

"Enemy jungler is always on it though..."

Statistically that is impossible. If you play solo you are the only constant in your games.

This is called the inverse shaco principle.

If the enemy jungle is on dragon and you aren't in a position to stop them, that means you're also not in a position to stop the enemy bottom lane from stopping your jungle. And that's not even considering whether mid lane has priority, or which jungle wins the 1v1.

This is some weird low elo shit where nobody understands how the game works. If dragon spawns, neither your mid nor bottom have priority, and your champion doesn't win a duel against the enemy jungle, then you can't contest it and there's literally no reason to be around dragon vs. doing something more useful elsewhere.
