Is hands down, by a massive margin, the most unfun champion to play against. And also the most stressful champion to play against. Nothing like getting 1shotted by anything he does, or getting hit with his gigantic af cage of NOW U DEFINITELY GETTING 1SHOTTED.

It does when you're made of paper and to get enough ap to oneshot someone with your ult in these 20 minute long games is impossible and even then the ult still won't one shot you because it's an execute with a fairly low, low end damage and will go all the way up to 1800 if you're below 33% hp. At that point even an adc crit will kill you.
I say let him be because in this current meta of build tanky and shit on people I for one am glad to have a tank busting ap mage.

But tanks are front liners, they basically have no choice but to take Black Cage to the face, while the same Black Cage zones his entire team allowing for enemy team ADC to ram its peen up your Tanks rear end.
Assassins? just Q+W+E+R directly on your own face, and they get assassinated before you do. Atleast post midgame that's the case, not so much early game. Get caught off guard? Zhonyas first, and then QWER on your own face.
To many targets able to reach you? Eh who cares, build pure tank, still have 600AP and 1shot 4/5 of your enemies. while have 150 armor, 150MR and 3500 health.
