I'm honestly surprised this item isn't picked up very frequently as old Last Whisper used to be. About a week ago I grabbed it while I was playing Kayne after Warrior and Duskblade, and I legit one-shotted the enemy Ryze with a Dark Harvest+Duskblade auto-attack.
