Lolwut.

Most people on the Boards wanted the diversity of the Marksman class addressed. The Boards identify Utility Carries, Spell Slingers, and Hyper Carries with absolute ease in most discussions and for the most part, the Boards were a huge proponent for Marksman subclasses to be a thing. If you're referring to the most popular post right now, this is reinforcing that we want this diversity addressed. Not that we think that Marksman are actually homogenous.

I only wish they could both be good bot lane though. Usually when Kog is good lucian sucks and vice versa

It's more of the other way. When Lucian is good, Kog isn't, because lane bullies like Lucian shut down hypercarries like Kog. However, when you nerf the lane bullies into the ground, you're left with uncontested hypercarries that have no problem.
