how do you play against new fiora?

Poke, bait out the w, then cc. Hug walls when she ult so she can't get all four procs of her vitals. If you want the vitals on a different side back up until you're out of range of her passive.

If you play a champion with an instant CC like Irelia or Renekton, don't do your combo like you normally would. Most Fiora's will typically use their parry the moment you would normally use it, like Irelia using it immediately after her Q or Renekton after W. Obviously this doesn't work for delayed CC abilities though, but in a lot of cases you can poke out the parry before engaging.

if she ults, flash away... she is hard to be 1v1ed, but sucks in teamfights vs good AOE teams with enough CC

Any champion that deals a lot of damage like tryndamere will destroy her. Tanks are not viable against her any more she destroys them

If the cursor from her passive isn't facing your front, do not let her maneuver around to it. If it is in the front, try not to turn around because she'll get a free shot since it's on your back now.

Basically be aware of your "vitals". Poke if you can but don't go overboard. If you have cc, time it carefully. A good Fiora will nullify the attempt (then she's on cooldown but her Q is a good escape). A bad one might get Lucky (I know I was when I used her W on Sion's ult).
