@Meddler: Would Murky from HotS be a good template for a new Champion?

Murky is one of the quirkiest heroes in Heroes of the Storm in that he dies super-easily, but is only worth a fraction of a takedown in experience and he revives very quickly, making him the ultimate annoyance that just keeps coming back. No Champion in League does this so far because Riot wants every death to have the same amount of experience and gold reward (AFAIK), but what if you were to experiment with a "LoL-Murky"?

Could this happen in the future, or is Murky incompatible with League's gameplay?

All I remember about Murky is absolutely despising him whenever he appeared.

The idea is there, but much like a lot of the quirky stuff in Heroes, it would be really hard to properly apply it in a well balncd manner in other MOBAs. Sylvanas for example can be balanced in HOTS, but there's no way we'd ever see a champion like her who can shut structures, or Ragnaros who's ult can literally clear all minions in a lane.

As for Murky, to get right back into lane and keep farming for gold so quickly, there would have to be some extra unique changes to balance that out. Something like being only able to buy items from the shop when you're alive.

I haven't played in long time but I remember Sylv being busted op. Especially in the mines

She's been toned down significantly. She now can only stun buildings with her autoattacks, not her abilities, so she can't just throw her E at a Fort to temporarily disable it, and has to put herself at greater risk.

She's still strong, but not nearly as powerful as she used to be.
