I'm going to go out and say it. Fervor sucks now. Its terrible except on a few niche champs like Fiora.
ADCs were the main users of Fervor but now none of them can use it. The people with the attack speed to stack it don't need the extra AD and the ones that can use the AD dont have the attack speed stack it. Its a catch 22.
Needs adjustments badly. Please.
