Hard CC Classifications

So fear isnt considered a hard CC, and wouldnt proc CoC? Why not? It's a complete loss of control of your character. Was this overlooked?

Also why would a snare proc this when champs can still attack or cast while snared and is considered to be hard CC, yet fear isnt?

the reason the tooltip was changed is because a snare isn't hard cc by riot's classification

the idea is that inhibiting your opponents' ability to move procs it

even though fear technically does this, you're still moving the entire time you're under the effect

Maybe fear is classified as a taunt. A sort of reverse taunt. :O

I think it's because you have no control over where your feared target really goes.
