At this point just remove Conq.
They nerfed the AD stack from 3-15, to 2-10, and now theyre nerfing down to 1-6. This rune is literally garbage now, why even rework it if youre going to make it useless like Dark Harvest.

They don't want to remove something they "relatively" recently added; their competency would be further questioned.
