Why is auto fill enabled in ranked?
In what way is throwing players in roles they are inexperienced/unable to play efficiently or in some cases decently at all healthy in anyway in a competitive environment? Doesn't that defeat the purpose? Im sure most players would rather wait an extra 2 minutes in queue than spend 30 minutes in a game playing a role they play poorly? I've been playing for 3 years now, and I'm positive that me laying jungle is going to screw the team over because I'm a mid laner/support player. I havent gotten jg in auto fill (lol) but this is just an example. Taking a support/jungle main and forcing them to play ranked as in top or mid is a good example. A player that mains both or one of these roles likely has little or not enough experience learning how to trade in lane or freeze lanes (support dont normally farm and junglers don't need to practice last hitting minions for obvious reasons.) Sure it's a learning experience but should players begin to learn a new role or practice a role they don't "specialize" in a competitive environment?
Anyone else? I dont see how a support main being thrown into top (such an unforgiving lane). Obviously everyone isnt going to get their role, but wasnt the point of dynamic queue to solve the issue of people getting forced into roles they are bad at (as time has proven and will take ages to improve) so that ragers and afers/feeders have less fuel?
