No. Tanks are doing too much damage right now, but everyone else is too, so it's not out of line.

Tanks are role regulators. Regardless of their own strength as individuals, within the context of a single game with 10 people, they act as a buffer to ensure the other 9 are behaving in a healthy manner-- for example, peeling for their own ADC or locking down the enemy ADC. Tanks, by design, are altruistic. Especially when they themselves are simply unable to solo enemies.
