Is he trash tier or is he the strongest champ in the game because we all know with new champs it's usually one extreme or the other.

Neither, he has a strong level 2, and the range makes him decent at sieges, but his immobility still leaves him open to all ins, pretty balanced from what I've seen.

So far... I've found them to be underwhelming to play against, although there have been some good ones who'd consistently root me whenever I was marked, which gets scary if the jg is about.

He's annoying in lane if you are melee but he is like kog where any all in and hes kinda just done. His ult is kinda overpowered but thats it.
