@Balance Team: So what's going to happen with Hurricane?

I know that is intended for any ranged on hit champs, but aside from kayle and teemo, it's mostly an odd ADC item that doesn't see much use. Is it going to see any buffs or changes in the preseason? Are any ADCs going to be tweaked to make it a little more appealing on them? I mean it's probably a win-more item for Kindred. A few other ADCs have on hit abilities or passives. If Ashe's side bolts could crit off of it, that'd be a start.

This is an item to support a playstyle that doesn't see much action in the game and the other group that could use it rarely does. AP champs are kind of screwed by it because the majority of them would have to build a nashor's first, and then after getting this, they'd be short on AP. For most of them, that's not doable. I've tried it on Orianna in ARAM for fun and for every game I get a big kill streak going, I get a game where I can't do a bloody thing. ADCs hate it because it can't crit, doesn't do extra damage if you build crit, and the damage fall-off is too big for a lot of players.

I really hope you guys fixed this item a little in the preseason patch.
