REWORK ADC ITEMS FOR THE 18TH TIME -5 AD STORMRAZOR TOO WEAK BUFF ADCS AGAIN RIOT GIVE THEM ITEMS PLEASE. LITERALLY 3RD TIME THEY HAVE BEEN DELAYED, JUST BUFF ADCS THEY GET KILLED BY ASSASSINS IN MELEE TOO WEAK.
