I know that these nerfs are likely not going to hit what people consider to be a problem meaning more nerfs in the patch after.
Well time to take a month break from league again and hope that Riot doesn't nerf Irelia like they last nerfed Veigar and Kass.

LilxPaprika1 votesThe main problem is her e stun not its base DMG. At least increase its ap ratio scaling if you nerf base damage. And give us incentives to build hybrid items as well as looking into creating good hybrid items.
I would make it stun shorter unless you are at least 10% lower health as opposed to a measly 1 % and If your below 50% health it would work just the same as it current does and stun for the current full duration
