When you removed Leblanc's silence, why did you not allow her to disrupt channeling?

Losing her silence really hurt Leblanc, especially in her mid-lane match-up against Katarina. Now Sigil of Malice is just a combo-based damage nuke with no utility, something I feel is kinda... disappointing.

But when you remade Kassadin and removed his silence, you replaced the silence with a disrupt effect. Why didn't you do the same for Leblanc?

They felt the amount of burst she has is enough of a disrupt, as death is the strongest form of CC.

It's kinda hard for her to "disrupt" someone that way in late-game.

True, but the change was because of her early game, not her late game.
