@Riot, context on olaf buffs

Im curious to why you chose early game and 1 point of w as the focus of buffs.

Was the purpose to lower the skill floor? Buff early game? Compensate for TH nerfs?

Are larger changes up for discussion? Concerns about shiftinh power towards the passive r?
