Give ohm wrecker a new passive to make it a viable item
In this meta, no one ever builds ohm wrecker, because it is a complete troll item. I have an idea that a new passive could be added to it, something along the lines of "ignore the first tower shot taken, a cool down of 12 seconds, cannot block any tower shots beyond the first"
