Ever feel like an idiot for picking up Black Cleaver or Luden's Echo in ARURF because the CDR gets wasted? To remedy that, I think that CDR in ARURF should get converted into bonus adaptive AD or AP. There, feel good about getting a Banshee's Veil even if you don't get that extra CDR.
Don't force people to take Transcendence in runes to do that, Riot. Everyone takes Celerity anyways.

Need Gold 4 Tent1 votesIt's not. It's my typical tank build I run on ARURF everytime i land a tank. Every 10 CDR you get from the start gives 20 AP, because they count the 80% as "capped". So a build like this
would give you 300+ AP despite being a 5 tank item build
