Soraka is basically manaless
Try playing Soraka mid or top. You can Q spam all day and you'll never run outta mana with just a doran ring worth of regen.
Also her Q is so broken it's actually funny.

I don't know how oppressive her kit actually is. (I don't see her in my Elo) But given that Support is not a desired role, I would advise against giving people fewer reasons to play support.
