As a matter of fact, it does. Toxicity is any negative behavior that affects other players of the game (or users of the forum). The word "toxic" was chosen not for what it is but for what it does; being negative towards one player causes the affected player to then be negative until everyone is negative. Poison spreads, you know?

It's not instant, it takes like 2 seconds of wind-up time, and it can be disrupted. I know it doesn't sound like much, but it makes it useless in world of instant abilities.

All you are doing is whining and complaining about Varus - his Q gives a 2 second lead way before he fires so you can see it coming, the toxic spell is Jayce's buffed Q in cannon/range mode--- besides this all you are doing is whining and complaining, this is not what the boards are for, boards are for either sharing your ideas and discussing and balancing them and changing to feedback OR talking about a subject matter related to league or the forums/boards directly-- it is not about whining, complaining, crying, QQing in the boards this is only very annoying to people and will be reported because it is simply spam because you complain about having a bad game
