You are low elo because you are not good. Stick to braindead, easy to Diamond champs like: Janna, Sona, Akali, Graves (any lane except adc).
This game isn't that difficult, you are making it hard for yourself.

Lux support is decent in low elo because it works there. Metas are not the same in every division, and taking advantage of lux support to win bot lane and potentially dragon to silver or high bronze is perfectly fine. Sure in a diamond elo game I'd be fucking tilted seeing one on my team, but in lower elo I'd prefer a lux ten times over a blitz who can't hook.
Ashe is a good ADC and doesn't require much of a learning curve, like at all.. if you main any ADC ashe will feel right at home instantly. All you have to learn is how to land your ult, how to abuse your E, and general ADC stuff like laning and orb walking.
Jayce is bullshit everywhere.

and cant avoid adc in low elo... someone has to play it... so when a game is matched there are two low elo adcs in every game
