Mantheon is dominating, my favorite top laner at the moment.

i saw multiple posts asking why are we buffing pantheon...why are we nerfing pantheon

what are they changing?

The way his laning phase goes is: Throw point and click spears from a safe distance until they are low, flash and burst them down, execute with your E passive.

It's only fair they make his easy laning less easy.

Because if I read it correctly his Heartseeker strike procs thunderlords if all the waves of spears hit you. So they're toning down the damage to compensate since it's basically teed if you W+E combo
