What happened to Ziggs?

Long story short:

I decided to give the mad bomber a try, it seemed like a fun idea to rush Athenes and throw loads of spells out.

My repeatedly landed Qs barely damaged anyone but the adc. My MEGA INFERNO BOMB did about 10-15% of the enemies HP in a dragon cluster. I was constantly out of mana and Athenes barely supported tossing Qs at a moderate pace once at low mana.

Granted I was playing against the league of mobility enemy team and my satchel charge was an hour late for any useful cc plays, he just seemed very underwhelming compared to early S4.

which is why you don't see any more ziggs.

Mana regen got nerfed going into Season 5. Ziggs himself took a few nerfs in Season 4 given that his wave clear made it extremely difficult to actually siege against him.

Play Xerath instead. You're welcome.

honestly, I picked up Ziggs after his nerfs so I have no clue how powerful he was before that so the current Ziggs has always felt "normal" too me and "butchered" to everyone else

really I dont seem to run outa mana, occasionally I get double dorans If I toss out a bomb, it usually always to pick up MORE than 1 creep AND possibly damaging the other laner I am very mana efficient and very good at farming with him for a distance maybe its cuz I'm not throwing bombs every 4 seconds maybe its cuz I'm not hellbent on trying to kill the other guy all laning phase maybe I actually got use to aiming where all the old Ziggs got use to random throwing shit

Idk bout you but when i threw out a mega bomb, I got a triple kill ;l http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1694541371/217735621?tab=overview
