"It's not the jungler's job to carry your lane"

YES IT IS! I'm so tired of bad junglers picking champs like vi and lee sin and then using this excuse to justify their lack of pressure. If you pick a champ that's meant to create early game leads then it IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure most of the lanes win. Otherwise its not just the laners who have failed but also the jungle. It's kinda stupid that blaming the jungler is frowned upon when a lot of the time it's actually their fault for not doing anything.

Maybe, but it is the job of the jg to help generate the best advantage in the game...which may or may not include your lane if you lost it.

Rather than gank a feeder who even if you generate momentum is a bad player who will eventually go back to feeding when you leave them alone. Instead gank a lane that is winning to snowball your better players. This is especially useful for when the top lane is feeding and you can get your bot lane ahead.

You take out their adc while buffing yours to deal with the (usually heavy tank) top laner.

yep I learned this first hand: NEVER EVER help a feeder. They will not be able to stand on their own and you are just putting the deserving lanes behind. You can gank for the feeders as much as you want but they're going to go straight back to feeding as soon as it's not a 2v1 anymore.

I'll still gank for them occasionally if I'm personally strong enough to solo their opponent and/or see a good opportunity.

However, that is solely to shut down the enemy laner and get myself further ahead than a legitimate attempt to help catch that lane up.

yep I agree, if I'm strong enough to kill the laner solo, I'll do it, but if I'm not, I'm going to get the lanes that are already ahead even more ahead or get myself more farm. At some point, you realize, this guy is already 0-5. He is worth about as much as a big camp right now. If the enemy jungle wastes his farm time to kill a guy who is worth as much as a gromp, that's great for me.

This entire seasons I've only actually had 1 case of it being the junglers fault... I think maybe u rely too heavily on ur teammates to pick up ur lack of skill.

It's a dual responsibility. The jungler's job is to be aware of the situation in all lanes so that they can help when needed, but the laner's job is to be skilled enough to either: create opportunities for a gank or survive/win their lane. There will always be one laner who is superior to the other. The extent of that superiority varies, but each laner should be able to survive their lanes.

Even if your jungler never ganks and you are losing lane (But haven't died yet), you need to just focus on csing. Bide your time and you will have the team fight.

And then you have shit like Rivens who lose to Teemo, fail every TP gank, can't escape a gank from a CC less jungler with a CC less laner with 4 gapclosers, etc.

Or shit like Syndra with early blue failing to secure a lead against an Anivia that already was forced out of lane multiple times.

Or a Sona/Ez lane with zero CC that you shouldn't gank, gank anyways, secure the double, but once you leave they go straight back to feeding.

No its not your jungler's job to win you lane. He cannot be in 3 lanes at once all game: he also needs farm and obtain his own objectives. Laners themselves that are also feeding e.x. 0/3 junglers can't do much. Even if he roams up there and the enemy jungler counter ganks that is a 2v2 with one member on your side behind and an opponent that's fed. I agree Junglers can play an important impact on the direction of the game and need to attempt ganks especially playing as Vi and Lee Sin, but if you lost lane I'm sure there are things you could have done differently (ward more, play more passive, and don't lose solo fights) rather than put all the fault on the jungler.

Maybe you aren't doing the things your jungler needs to see in order to try and gank your lane.

It's the job of a jungler like that to secure leads for your team using their early advantage

It is not their job to win your lane, or to give you a lead, or get you fed. It's their job to get someone or something ahead, somewhere.

Also, if you have an early pressure jungler and they don't, you automatically get an advantage in lane because the enemy has to respect your jungler more. If you activley use that instead of expecting the jungler to gank for you, you usually get a CS or XP lead, though it might be small.

Well technically their role is "Jungle " which isnt in the lane ... ganking is optional , laners lvl up and cs in lane , junglers do it in the jungle .. yeah it can be frustrating being camped by a jungler and never having yours give your lane "pressure" .. but if you are feeding and are worth 0 gold , ... then having your jungler actually get you a kill in lane .. means you are worth gold again for a lane thats basically farming you,.. some junglers have nice lane pressure early and take advantage of that ...some dont have that type of early pressure , so do what they picked .... jungle ...in the jungle,....
