Sustained Damage is a joke.

For the past few months sustained damage champions have been total garbage tier. Some of them where staying relevant decently until the even more recent buffs to lethality and other passive nerfs. Why would someone want to play a champ who can slowly do 800dmg with high base dmg and low scaling when they can play a champ like khazix and 0-100 someone have high reliable base damage AND out the roof scaling. Please don't leave champions like jax or udyr in the current state they are in, it's so tragic.

I was thinking champions like Cass but I guess those two also work.

I suppose sustain damage champions have been less seen. Udyr and Jax I have yet to see in my games. So I suppose you have a point.

I've noticed it too, all sustained champs seem to be struggling. While burst has been dominating.

I haven't Seen Sol all that much either. Especially after the Rylai's Nerf.

Something Riot should address. I hope they undo all (item) changes they have done in season 7 and pre-season 7.They won't so all we can do is hope they notice sustain champs are not being played and address it.
