Problem with Kayn Spotlight: Where's the counterplay?

Why were there no screw-up scenarios or Champions he's weak to? You make him sound broken without those parts.

  1. His Q is low range and has a long wind up. Riots current fetish is long wind up short range mobility it seems. Due to its slow animation and short range, its easy to duck up. Punish him when he ducks it up.

  2. His W is also a long animation that locks him in place. Engage when he does it and punish him or just dodge it... the hitbox is small.

  3. his E is 1.5 seconds in combat. Its just enough to get to the other side of the wall. Treat it like every other "over the wall".

  4. Due to his versatility, he doesnt have "unfavorable match ups" outside of squishy CC bots.

Well, it'd still have helped to show a clip where Kayn royally fucks up a play.
