Some things to say about Ekko, before and after the nerfs.

Pre-Nerf: Ekko was broken. He could literally instakill people if he's like 1/3, just as long as he has at least one kill. He was insanely unbalanced and caused people to rage quit and sparked toxicity towards ekko players. He had the second highest playrate for all Midlaners (I think the first was yasuo?) and was unbeatable with one or two kills.

After the Nerf: Ekko is now balanced, his playrate is now near Yoricks. He no longer instakills people, is easily countered because he doesn't do half ur health with his godforsaken q anymore. His playrate for Midlaners was around 22% and is now like 6%. Ekko is now both balanced and a good concept for league.
